Terms and Conditions
 
Rates are quoted unit per night in South Africa Rand    

• Special discounts for stays longer than 10 days
• We reserve the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time without prior notice.
• The owners and management of Zia's cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property of or for any possessions of the guest occupying the unit.
• Booking confirmation & payment : a 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and full payment prior toarrival 
• Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00. In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the apartment is available.Please advise us of your travel details & your Reservation Consultant will advise you  on the costs.
• Cancellations: please be advised that cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival on the day will forfeit the full deposit paid.
• Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on check-in.
• A deposit of R500 will be taken for breakages and refunded on departure
